TulipHosting has a new owner! London UK based technology incubator Brixton Technology Ventures Ltd acquired TulipHosting, as well as related domain names, from our former owner Tulip Tools Corporation on 14 January 2008.

Q. What effect will the change in ownership have on existing TulipHosting clients?
A. None, nada, zilcho! You shouldn’t notice any difference when using your web hosting account as a result of the ownership change. ProperSupport will continue to handle all technical support 24/7/365 for users as they have done in the past.

Q. Will your prices change as a result of the acquisition?
A. Nope.

Q. Will there be any changes to TulipHosting’s terms and conditions, or privacy policy, as a result of the ownership change?
A. No changes.

Q. Will you be changing your hideous neon pink logo as a result of the ownership change?
A. Not a chance.

A new feature has been made available in the Control panel. It enables you to sign up quickly for a completely new hosting account when the current hosting account has insufficient resources or in case a new project is about to be started. That’s not all - a new interface has been developed for the signup process. It has the features of a Shopping Cart with its main advantage - allowing management of the items that are being ordered without losing sight of them.

Starting from today, August 31, 2007, TulipHosting is offering web hosting services that use servers located in the United Kingdom. Customers can now choose to have their sites hosted in either our USA data centres or our UK data centre.
